New research suggests that consuming wine in moderation — around a glass per day — has a number of health advantages, including lowering blood pressure. What you need to know about the health advantages of drinking wine, including which sort is the healthiest and any potential drawbacks, can be found in this comprehensive essay. Rich in antioxidants

There are several meals and beverages that are high in antioxidants, and wine is one of them.
